That asteroid may take the form of the Avian Flu. I can't figure it out. Only 100+ cases outside the US, yet "they" predict this pandemic. Don't know if it's hysteria or what. BTW, I have always thought Bush as a good man and that's not going to change. God Bless him!!

This has been coming for a while. Whether it gets here this cold and flu season I don't know. I just know that a massive plan needs to have the kinks worked out before it does strike here. There are many people who can't seem to grasp the numbers involved in such a potential wide spread tragedy. I believe it will make the 1918 epidemic look like a cake walk. Bush just wants a plan in place should the unthinkable happen, and some on here are crucifying him for merely suggesting it. I would prefer to have a plan and not need it, than need it and not have it.

That poor man, what he's had to endure in his presidency, a lesser man could not do. God bless him.

I wouldn't want his job for all the tea in China. He has my respect for putting up will all the cr@p he has had to put up with...from the left and the right.

My son was telling me just a minute ago that Bush has had the worst luck as president. I told him that's not true. Bush is our president because maybe God saw that he would be able to handle everything that was going to be thrown at him. That it was his destiny to be our president at this time. The load he has too carry is staggering, and I respect him for keeping his head above all the backstabbing and name calling.
