Tx one thread I was reading commented that the guy has a Pakistani roommate and that he had visited a mosque.

Not sure where that info came from but if true very disturbing.

I wasin the car yesterday listening to a local radio show ask for local reaction to the Miers nomination.

I am so used to hearing the "Bush is a liar", "I'll never vote Republican again", "Bush let us down" comments that I was expecting the reactions to be bruttal.

Four out of five supported the President and trusted his judgement. One caller didn't like the pick but thought it had something to do with stategery.

When the Democrats go after the Evangelicals it will be the death of their party.

Did anyone see Greg Kelly this AM? he was reporting from the White House and security told him he had to leave. It was strange. Haven't heard anything since.

I understand that we don't see eye to eye on this one. I feel so strongly about this that I'm ready to leave the Republican Party. No matter who's in charge, Republicans can always be counted on to pull defeat from the jaws of victory. I'm sick of it. 55 senators and this is the best we can do? Fool me once, shame on you.
