I'm afraid it's down to a handful.
Oh for heaven's sake! I can sure understand them not pursuing someone who doesn't want to have their backpack searched because it is so common for someone to try and sneak in a pint or two. But when they find that this very person ended up blowing up outside of the stadium, you'd think the MSM would be all over this story.
I agree with those who believe that Homeland Security, FBI, etc., put the "hush hush" on everyone. But at some point the story just has to be told in order for citizens to be alert and aware of what has happened.

Even worse, we lost people who were telling us terrorists were involved in the Oklahoma City bombing, and we refused to listen. And that was long before 9/11.
There is a rumor floating around that the roommate fled the Country -- was on our Sports Talk Radio this afternoon. Wonder if he ever was in custody or was he missing like was reported in the early news Monday? This inquiring mind wants to know!

Wrong, all it takes is a phone call from a certain agency to the editor to spike a story as a matter of national security and ot will be spiked. Takes a little longer with local media.
Given the lack of accurate info being released, and the amount of spin being put on what is released, who knows where the roommate is.

Wow! First I've read of the Spartan connection with 9/11 terrorists. I can say, from first-hand experience, that in 1981, 1982 and 1983 Spartan had a sizeable Muslim student population; and they were catered to - specifically, the Muslim students had an area outside the Spartan hangars that was for them to do their Mecca praying. And they also made use of the restrooms for foot-washing. The government of some Muslim country/s (If I think about it long enough, I will recall which Arab/Muslim governments) were paying Spartan to train these men as mechanics and avionics techs. (I don't recall if they had flight school at the time, but they probably did) Spartan really catered to those students and their "needs", much to the disgust of the (black, white and hispanic) American students, who were cut no slack.
It could be something like that. I'm beginning to think everytime I hear the phrase, "for reasons of national security," it really means, "for reasons of the failure of national security."

I heard it alledged today that it operating out of a copy store and the mosque and has been for sometime. You would have thought have 9-11 they would have shut it down.
But then Oklahoma doesn't have an active terrorist fighting organization. Norman cops do not have the money to fund anything dealing with terrorism. Our RAT sleeps a lot, do-nothing Governor Henry has hidden under the bed covers on this one and anything else dealing with terrorism or any other controvery.
