I don't know Michael Graham but I notice he never uses the term "President Bush." That leads me to wonder whether he really respected the President before this new issue.

The question is "why?" You've got 55 Republicans in the Senate,..
Make that about 48 Republicans and 7 RINOs. That makes it a VERY weak majority. At least five of the RINOs will vote with the 'Rats against any judge who can be proven to be conservative.
Ok..lets repeat this with some bold font!!!

Anyone want to dispute this?
Anyone doubt John (The Traitor) McCain would bolt if Janice Rogers Brown was nominated?

It should scare you. Seek help.Where?
To: Milligan
Not only that, but as Mark Levin has so eloquently pointed out, the Republican rebels led by John McCain will not support the "nuclear" option. Bush knows that too.

So what do you do, nominate a "sure thing" well known and pedigreed moderate, who you know is gonna screw you at least half the time, if not more. Or do you nominate someone YOU KNOW will be on your side the large majority of the time, but who is unknown and not a judicial blue-blood.
Bush has chosen the latter, here's to hoping it works.(x)

Anyone who writes a column and characterizes themselves as "bitch-slapped", by President Bush, no less, has lost any credibility they may have possessed. Agreed, cyn. I could take apart this tripe of a letter right now, if I had the time and were not at work (and if I felt the need to preach to the choir, cause he sure won't read it)...but I'm reminded of what Rush recently quoted someone as telling him: "Don't argue with a fool, lest a casual observer not know the difference between you.")

And George, when you look me in the eye and throw me a good old-fashioned Bill Clinton "I did not have sex with that woman" line like Harriet Miers is the most qualified person in America for the Supreme Court þ buddy, you're on your own. No self-respecting Republican OR conservative would say such a thing.
This is self-promoting BS.

I remember 2000 when my nephew told me I had no choice but to vote for George. "Just think how you'll feel," he said, "when Gore starts filling up Supreme Court vacancies. At least Bush will do what's right." Gee, I'm so glad I didn't "waste" my vote.

Sure he is. Funny how he sounds JUST like you Moveon.org "conservatives" Sorry, I doubt this guy EVER was GW supporter. Just more "Whaaa, you did not pick who I want!!! I want to FIGHT with the Dems! WHAAA!" Funny how all you guys give the roll over and play dead Senate a pass to piss and moan about Bush. YOU did notice your "heros" roll over and let the Terrorists Protection Amendment get added to the Defense Appropriations bill yesterday with a 90-9 vote?????? Funny how you all are mad at Bush for not going to war with a Senate team on his side that has all ready surrendered! But that's right, that's Bush's fault too. Pathetic.

Take a look at #34. More of the "I'm never gonna support W again...blah, blah, blah." Notice too how it is now "disprespectful" for the President to deliver on his campaign promise of nominating strict constructionists.

"I'll wait for the hearings to make my final call."
I'm with you. Everyone that feels "bitch slapped" should be actually "bitch slapped".
Read your history about Supreme Court justices.

Michael Graham, a recent hero here. This is the first I've ever heard of him. Leaving the team? Comes off as an immature brat to me.
To: Sabramerican
I can't help but recall similar threats during the 2004 election. Certain celebrity's promised to move to Canada or elsewhere if President Bush were reelected. IMHO that was a publicity stunt and so is this.
My two cents.
Thanks
