Propane Tank? Was this sitting on the RR tracks or was this a railroad tank part of the train?

This is the terrorist MO...stealing propane tankers and using them as a bomb.

Although I think this is just an accident, have they asserted that there is no way this is terrorism yet?

What's the over/under for the announcement?

I found the above news story that claims 2 cars derailed due to the collision with another train and then hit a propane tank.

The only other thing I heard was that there were cars with some bad stuff, but they were never comprimised. (One was Chlorine, the other was Poly-something). I was not paying close attention and it did not sound to terrible. There was potential.

"Propane Tank? Was this sitting on the RR tracks or was this a railroad tank part of the train?"

The Ferrelgas guy's GPS unit wasn't working right. They thought that's where the tank was supposed to be set.

On the air quotes: Who knew those steel bars where train tracks? We thought they was tank mounts.

joke...yeah. It was motivated by the poor accuracy of the original reports, which had the trains hitting a tank sitting on the tracks.

Are you trying to stress that a train and a propane truck have crashed in Texarkana, and that homes are being evacuated?

Uh, no Union Pacific did NOT make that announcement that is why i put /snicker after my remark. Sorry for the misunderstanding but everytime there is an incident that sounds like it's terror related like the OU student that blew himself up, before the investigation there was President of Oklahoma U Boren saying "It was a disgruntled kid, no terror link."

You're welcome.

"Hope that's true."

One never knows what is true...original reports are differing.

2 homes supposedly burned. Not sure of the latest.
