lainie. Why do they always have military rankings, old-fashioned (now feminine) names, and really obvious nicks?

Maybe they want to laugh at themselves because inside every movie there is a comedy trying to get out (paraphrasing Full Metal Jacket). Cobretti's car kinda looks like a cobra's head to me. Cobretti's black costume also kinda makes Stallone look like a cobra, IMHO.

Yes, you're right. That is the wacky Lynn Samuels. She didn't just get fired ONCE from WABC. It was at least twice, if not three times.

Brian was really responsible for getting her job back, but she couldn't keep her big nasty and liberal mouth shut. He used to call her on the air when he was doing overnights. She was working at a laundramat until they hired her back at WABC.
