Some believe that the CFR simply a continuation of the socialist Fabian society of old. That the CFR seeks nothing less than a UN style destruction of the American Republic. These one worlders indeed may have behind the creation of the environmental movement – in order to discredit laisse faire capitalism and indeed American styled capitalism. We do not believe there will be any wide open borders. There will only be wide open borders for mexicans and (possibly) canadians. Americans will be welcome in neither country, and potentially not very welcome at home either.

(a) IN GENERAL- The Fund shall make grants for projects to carry out the purposes described in section 3, including projects--

(1) to construct roads in Mexico to facilitate trade between Mexico and Canada, and Mexico and the United States;

(2) to develop and implement post-secondary education programs in Mexico;

(3) to install telecommunications technologies throughout Mexico; and

(4) to construct other infrastructure that will carry out such purposes.

There is no doubt the CFR exists. There is no doubt the Bushes are active in it. There is also no doubt about the CFR's goals; they've been published repeatedly.

How much paranoia anyone wants to indulge as a result of these facts is up to them. People can draw their own conclusions.
