My original response was to post #61, where the poster implied that a handgun with a round in the chamber could be considered unloaded.

That is insane. I am just glad I don't live in New York. Most gun laws in VA make a lot more sense, but we have some stupid ones too.

Agreed. Having ammo for a gun and having a loaded gun are two different things entirely.
