Cookie Jar, maybe. But it seems to me that certain elements of the CIA are working for a particular party/ideology and in my opinion did indeed orchestrate actions that were intended to remove a sitting president. We have been losing to the Communists for years but just don't realize the scope of it. Just who in the CIA I wonder asked for this "leak" probe and why. I suspect the SVR wing of the CIA asked for this probe and had plenty of information and people already in place. Wouldn't be surprised if they were also the ones that were providing the white house with less than genuine intelligence. I do believe the CIA and State dept need an enema from their collective RED end I just hope Fitz realizes it to.

"Huh? No leaks - the MSM is so full of "leaks" we can't get the real news!"
If you're the MSM, you make up the leaks as you wish them to be. Fake but accurate, donchaknow? Every time I see a 'leak' from the prosecutor's office, I'm quite doubtful of its veracity.

After a brief two week probe, however, Prosecutor Sarcone - a Democrat whose sister worked for then-Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle in Washington, D.C. - declared that the Harkin campaign had broken no laws.
Geesh Louise!! The Prosecutor had a SISTER that worked for Tom Dashcle??? And IF she wanted to keep her job with Tommy, I'm sure she told her BROTHER to STOP the investigation!!
If you are a Democrat you can get by with MURDER! If you are a Republican they arrest you for Jaywalking!!

Al Qaeda's handiwork?
You obviously know nothing about Fitz, and are reduced to spouting sophmoric talking points.
Who do you think put the blind sheik in prison?
Who do you think convicted those involved in the embassy bombings?

You obviously know nothing about Fitz, and are reduced to spouting sophmoric talking points. Are you oblivious to the fact that Fitzgerald has spent the last year or so harassing some very good people? Plame's identity was known, there was no "leak", Wilson lied, he should be indicted.
Disrupting the affairs of the administration while harassing folks like Libby and Rove is being celebrated Al Qaead, the Democratic Party, and the Mass Media.

"Plame's identity was known, there was no "leak""
Can you assert a single piece of actual evidence, or simply regurgitate what you hear from others?
Known to who? Not to Novak. The ultimate insider, he stated flatly that he didn't know who she was before he was told. Who knew, and how? Who told them? I know your reply will likely be some version of "Wilson told _____" or "Plame outed herself to ______" - but you'll not post any proof of it.
The three-judge appellate panel who upheld Judy going to jail didn't see it as 'harrassment' - they said a serious crime was shown by the evidence - still secret - Fitzgerald presented. What do you think that crime is?
Patrick Fitzgerald has done more to put those who have attacked this country behind bars than any other prosecutor. Your statement that he is doing AQ's handiwork is beyond the pale.

"Disrupting the affairs of the administration"
So that's your problem? I guess you'd love for the government to have carte blanche to do whatever they want, but that's not what our Constitution provides. We leave that kind of unfettered discretion to the dictatorships.

Don't bother with the anti-war types here who believe Saddam and Sons were innocent bystanders in the WOT.
They believe the President must be punished at all costs, no matter how silly the charges.
Rove and Libby are big boys, they can take whatever is thrown at them.
This is a war within, and they will be replaced if need be, to fight the next slander that comes along.
But Saddam and Sons are still gone, along with their billions for WMD, their capabilities, their scientists, their funding of the Islamic cults, their designs on making war with their neighbors, and their graft and corruption with their UN partners.

If you are referring to my exchange above, you have leveled charges that are baseless even for you.
"who believe Saddam and Sons were innocent bystanders in the WOT." - you can't point to a single statement by me that even implies this.
"They believe the President must be punished at all costs" - you can't point to a single statement by me to this effect; or even one disparaging the President.
"no matter how silly the charges." - As you well know, a three judge appellate panel didn't find the charges silly in the least - whatever those charges may be. I'm sure you'll be reduced to attacking them - baselessly - and Fitzgerald - who, as I noted, has been quite successful in pursuing the enemies of this country - if the results of the investigation are not to your liking.
It's a damn shame when folks start caring about "their side" so much that they forget their side is the United States of America.
