I wonder why no one is pointing out the obvious? The Plame case is the 1st step in a battle by a faction of political hyper partisans to overturn the results of the last election. It has no basis in fact or truth. If it did one would have to indite Clinton and virtually every single Democrat Senator for using much of the SAME intelligence to justify the Dec. 1998 Iraq bombing campaign.

I wish it was pointed out more frequently on the rest of the conservative news areas how close schumer is to wilson. If there are no indictments of Rove or Libby or anyone else in the administration, and when DeLay is cleared, which he has to be since there's no evidence and the charges against him have no basis in fact of laws being violated, the liberals are screwed.

I don't see how they can recover from those two things. And if Miers is either proven out beyond reproach to be a real constructionist conservative and confirmed, or if Bush nominates a Luddig, Owens or Jones type for the seat, and some funds are raised to rent the RINO's in the Senate a spine and that nominee is confirmed, the democrats have NOTHING to go into '06 with.

What I really worry about is whether George Bush will defend himself half as strenuously as Clinton did.

I think Karl Rove is so angry about this there are bound to be some fire works. If they think he was Bush's brain before I think now he just might become Bush's testicles...lol.

It's the CIA not the White House that should be under investigation.

If Rove or Libby are charged with antyhing, they should use discovery to rip a hole in the CIA plot.

Like has been said before, any indictments on Rove and Libby can only be some really vague twisting of existing law, and charging someone with lying under oath because they didn't remember a phone call from over two years before, and then they themselves were the ones that came back on their own, to say they recently found an email that reminded them about a call with that person, is a real heck of a stretch. Rove didn't have to go back and mention that call, so to charge him with lying about something that he came back on his own to correct previous testimony, is pretty stinking thin.
