I am predicting a total surprise/shock for the lib media.

No indictments for WH staff (Rove, Libby etc...). Someone from CIA will be indicted.

How are they going to indict Libby for revealing her name, if she wasn't covert? Do you think the indictment is for obstruction of justice?

The fact that investigators were questioning Plame's neighbors suggests that her CIA status was common knowlege in her neighborhood.

Indict the Scooter and indict the whole neighborhood.

who would have the most to gain disclosing Plame's identity?

Joey, the Democrat Party and all the middlemen involved in the book deals.

And that's where the leak ulitmately had to come from. I mean, it's difficult to imagine that Rove or Cheney had a complete list of every undercover operative in the CIA and who their spouse was.

I predict that Fitzgerald will indict Ronnie Earle and Earle will return the favor by throwing a couple back his way. The final score will be a squeaker - Earle 3, Fitzgerald 2, with Earle winning because he had more grand juries he could call in off the bench.

Rove will not be indicted. Scooter will be indicted, and since Miller is being trashed by her employer all of a sudden, I'd bet she's on the list to be indicted as well. Wilson & Plame should be indicted, but probably won't be.
