And Kerry knows all too well about how to weaken support for something...too bad it's alway our troops and our cause.

Kerry was against pulling out troops before he was for pulling out troops. Senator Flip Flop strikes again.

Troop levels were about 138,000 several months ago. They were taken up to 156,000 before the election for added security. Taking them down to 136,000 is going to DO WHAT?

What an idiot this man is, thank God he was defeated.

During the election, Kerry said that he had a plan to win the war in Iraq. I wonder whether he ever did the obviously patriotic thing and submitted it quietly to the Bush administration after the election, so that notwithstanding our nation being deprived of Kerry's brilliant leadership, the American people would still benefit from the implementation of his plan.

So is he just a rat-faced traitor who would rather not help us win the war just to ensure that Bush goes down in flames, or was he lying when he said he had a plan in the first place?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Seriously John, if the swift boat vets were lying, how come you haven't filed one, not ONE lawsuit? Not one slander or libel case?

Kerry also recommends putting the snow tires on the SUV at some point this winter if you live in the Northeast.

He warns of an "indefinite conflict." What is it that makes liberals think conflict will ever end? It won't, nor will the MidEast disappear as a problem if we pull out and turn it over to Al Queda.

That's strange. Today he said:

"When they [the Bush administration] could have listened to General Shinseki and put in enough troops to maintain order, they chose not to. They were wrong."

So he is for more troops before he was against it?

How about if we pull 20 DemocRAT Senators from the Senate instead?

I like the way you think.

Wasn't Kerry saying just a year ago that we needed MORE troops in Iraq?

He probably found out that there are current plans to reduce troops anyway. So he would look like a hero by pretending to start the process.

How can Kerry be a "leading Senate Democrat" if he hardly ever attends any meetings or sponsors any bills?

Were did he get that 20,000 figure from? Out of his little pointy head?

Didn't we just send about 20,000 troops for a 3-6 mo tour to bolster security for the elections?

The plan was to bring them home after the January elections!

I think Kerry is just trying to get into the limelite to spew some of his verbal vomit around to make it apear as though the DoD is actually listening to the demands of this failed presidential candidate.

Only if commanders on the ground are sure the 20,000 from Iraq is ENOUGH to invade Syria
