Shouldn't Tim Russert recuse himself from ever speaking of this investigation since he will be a witness in the trial??Nope. Testimony in grand jury proceedings is secret up until the witness spews. After that, they can say whatever they want to in public. If Timmy lied, we'll know about it later - in court...

Being on a nationawide TV to give his version of the story seems like jury tampering. Russert should stay silent on this story since he is a principle witness. If he was lying that takes it to another level.

If he was lying that takes it to another level.Could get interesting. Apparently, neither Plame nor Wilson were called as witnesses in front of the grand jury. That should change during the trial. Hold on tight.
