The Rev. Jesse Jackson to address nation's racial issues

The Rev. Jesse Jackson, who has made numerous trips to New Orleans since the Hurricane Katrina disaster, will appear at St. Olaf College Sunday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m. in Boe Memorial Chapel. The title of his talk is "Race and the Response to Hurricane Katrina." Jackson's exclusive appearance, which is not part of a tour, is being sponsored by the St. Olaf Political Awareness Committee. The event is free and open to the public.

It'll obviously be a Bush-bash. You might wanna get a group of your fellow conservatives together and hand out some flyers containing actual truthful information -- namely, the incompetant and continuous failures of both Mayor Nagin and Gov. Blanco.

By address, you mean he will point the finger of blame, make excuses, shirk all responsibility for personal behavior and choices, disparage the President and Senate, and then move on to his next shakedown.
And his supporters deserve the leadership they choose to follow, and the benefits they have received to date.

It's definitely not free. College tuition is paying this man's fees and...uh...expenses. If I were student paying my own way, or a parent paying tuition for a student, I would definitely flood the school with phone calls protesting this waste.

If there is any racial strife in this country it is caused by Jackson and his ilk.
LOL....my husband received his degree (Reverend) from Universal Church in California. Jessee holds no degree, other than an honorary bestowed upon him by his own son.
