I think our Strategy for victory in Iraq should be a 3 step approach.

A) Neutralize Iraq's Al Samoud 2 Missiles.
B) Defeat the worlds 4th largest military.
C) Kill or capture Saddam, Uday, Qusay and their cohorts

Bush has done all 3.

In the run up to war,(2002) Iraq had a lot of banned long range ground to ground missiles called the Al Samoud 2. As Commander and Chief of our armed forces, it is George W. Bush's responsibility to help shape the battlefield using soft power to save American lives.

By making "WMDs and the means to deliver them" a major part of his argument, Bush, through diplomatic pressure alone, convinced our declared enemy, Iraq, to destroy a significant portion of his most deadly weapons, the Al Samoud 2.

From wiki:

February 26, 2003

Hans Blix states that Iraq still has not made a "fundamental decision" to disarm, despite recent signs of increased cooperation. Specifically, Iraq has refused to destroy its al-Samoud 2 long range missiles - a weapon system that was in violation of the UN Security Council's resolutions and the US treaty with Iraq. These missiles are deployed and mobile. Also, an R-400 aerial bomb was found that could possibly contain biological agents. Given this find, the UN Inspectors have requested access to the Al-Aziziyah weapons range to verify that all 155 R-400 bombs can be accounted for and proven destroyed.

Blix also expresses skepticism over Iraq's claims to have destroyed its stockpiles of anthrax and VX nerve agent in Time magazine. Blix said he found it "a bit odd" that Iraq, with "one of the best-organized regimes in the Arab world," would claim to have no records of the destruction of these illegal substances. "I don't see that they have acquired any credibility," Blix said

By March 1, 2003 Bush had convinced our declared enemy, Iraq, to destroy their some of their Al Samoud 2 missles.

This is an example that I want future CiC should EMULATE and REPEAT when ever possible.

This choice for our country was clear.

Go into battle with Iraq wielding the Al Samoud 2 deployed, armed, and ready to kill our troops in the Fallujah Gap or convince Iraq to destroy them.

The most decisive day in the battle for Baghdad was March 1st, 2003.

Thank You George W. Bush

What if FDR had the ability to convince Hitler that they should destroy their own V2 Rockets?

What if Bush had the ability to convince Hussein to destroy his own Al Samoud 2 missiles?

FDR didn't, and people died.

Bush did, and saved American and allied lives.
