I read this a bit differently. They are so PC, that any black person is, by default, "African American."

I guess it's just CNN's way of suggesting that African Americans and riots go together like a wink and a smile.

Although, personally, I always thought THIS AFrican American was a riot:

I think its a marriage of the two.
They're not incompatible.

One thing that's for sure is the supposedly "international" news network CNN views the entire world through the prism of America. They project their narrow liberal version of the American experience onto the rest of the world.

Come visit us, but be warned that you may never want to go "home".

If you look at it objectively, you see that pieces of filth like Gore and Kerry got almost 50% of the vote for the Presidency. There was a time not too long ago when filth like that wouldn't have even gotten the nomination, let alone 48-49% of the popular vote. That,in essence,is what I base my comment on.

And as for not wanting to leave the South after having visited...I've been to the South often. The only reason why I'm not living there is the summers. As bad as the winter cold is up here,I'd have far more trouble with the summer heat and humidity in the Carolinas,Georgia or Florida! (I've been to Florida in September....OH MY GOD!!!,the humidity!!)

It is something to get accustomed to. It is also good for one's complexion. Air-conditioning has tamed its effects for the most part.

The dims are exactly as you depict them, however, it is the urban centers... not the rest of the country that votes for these satanists.

"But...but...France is a great multicultural society. Their culture is so much more SUPERIOR than that of the "ugly, uncultured, warmongering Americans."

Just ask Joseph Wilson IV.

Teresa Heinz Kerry grew up a privileged person in a Portuguese colony and attended a South African university under Apartheid. I guess that makes her African American.

We've all had a good time bashing the French for their ineptitude, and deservedly so. They were so sneering and condescending towards Americans for years. Now they are getting a mega-dose of reality. Schadenfreude baby.

But seriously, we should keep in mind that the REAL France has a huge problem, one which they have doggedly refused to look at, but one which could engulf them and eradicate France as we have known it.

The old France, with incredible food, culture, romance etc is still there, but it's surrounded by alien invaders. The media keeps insisting the problem is that France hasn't successfully integrated the invaders, but in reality the invaders have no intention of ever becoming French. Even when I see an article like this one, with some African claiming he is not getting his beret, I have to take it with a grain of salt.

Particularly, especially, overwhelmingly in the case of Muslim invaders. THEY WILL NEVER BE FRENCH. Assimilation into infidel culture has been described by one Imam as 'cultural rape'. Their intention is to bury the old France then deny it ever existed, just as they are doing on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. If they succeed, the Eiffel Tower and Arc du Triomphe will become rubble or ancient proof that Mohammed visited there. Wine and cheese will be replaced by goat's milk and couscous. Showgirls will be encased in burkas. The original French people, white European French people will become dhimmis in their own land.

So even as we enjoy poking the silly frogs, remember that there but for the grace of God go ourselves. Hopefully they will grow a pair and kick the invaders OUT. I don't think the US should have to lose one single life to do it for them. They have everything they need except perhaps the will.

It makes her more African American than say, John Conyers, who as far as I know has never even BEEN to Africa.

"I was born in Senegal when it was part of France," he said before putting the pipe in his mouth. "I speak French, my wife is French and I was educated in France." The problem, he added after pulling the pipe out of his mouth again, "is the French don't think I'm French."
The same sort of situation applies to a Turk who is born in Germany and "returns" to Turkey as a youth - not really accepted in either Germany or - since German is actually his native tongue - Turkey. Where does someone like that feel least estranged? New York City, of course. There it feels like everyone is a foreigner so - not being a native is no big deal.

It's a comic book? Gee, and all this time I thought it was a manual one how to wage war.

Do you request others to shut up while speaking up yourself at every possible occasion?
- Do you ask others to respect agreements while systematically flaunting them yourself?
- Do you think Hitler was bad but Napoleon was good?
- Do you think De Gaulle liberated France?
- Do you vote for corrupt thieves and/or liars?
- Are you proud when companies from your country buy businesses abroad but you are opposed to the sale of your national companies to foreigners?
- Do you think a nation with a GDP 4 times less than yours should financially contribute more to the EU than your own country?
- Have you ever heard of Jacques Attali?
- Do you think 2 weeks of rioting and thousands of cars burnt, not mentioning schools etc., constitute "some isolated incidents"?
- Do you call Iraq an invasion and Ivory Coast a peacekeeping mission?
- Do you think healthcare and education are free because you never received a detailed bill with those items on them?
- Do you think Chirac and Sarkozy are right-wing politicians?
- Can you name two people who made poetry about seagulls?
- Do you think the UN should have more power and responsibilities?
- Do you approve of a commission deciding what words you may use and which ones should be excluded from your language?
- Do you think mimolette is a Dutch cheese?
- Is Total-Elf just a normal oil company in your opinion?
- Is Strasbourg the capital of the EU?
- Did Lance Armstrong dope himself?

If you answered "yes" to one question, you are possibly French.
If you answered "yes" to two questions, you are probably French.
If you answered "yes" to three questions or more, you are almost certainly French.
