Prayers up.

This surprises me. I didn't think that Hindus were violent and threatening. None that I know of are like that.

This is an e-mail that I received from a pastor in India that I have been writing to for a couple years.

A few years ago an Australian missionary and his two young sons were burned to death alive in India.

This threat is very real. Please pray and send e-mails to our government and the India government.

I wasn't aware that Hindus killed those who chose to follow a different path. Perhaps some of them are picking up this nasty habit from the mohammedan dogs to whom they're exposed.

I'll be praying for them. Maybe it's time for the church planters to leave a really cheap camcorder at these churches. Non of this is ever going to stop until it is filmed and noticed in the west.

Close to the same thing happened to the Baptist Church in Silchar, Assam, India around ten years ago. The Church and printing press were damaged and the pastor and few converts were threatened by these nice peace loving Indians.

The want the cast system to stay in India. They do like the Christian over in India.

Hindus are behaving this way!?

Hindus are non-violent except when they're not. The persecution against Christians is very real. Hindus wouldn't mind adding Jesus to their pantheon of dieties, but the part when Jesus says, "I am THE Way, THE Truth and THE Life" really bothers them. The next part, "NO ONE comes to the Father but by ME" is totally infuriating. It is the exclusive worship demanded by God which makes the Hindus violent.

It has been that way since I have been writing my pastor for a few years. It is not a safe place to be a Christian. We just do not hear of it.

I thought burning was only for the wives, who did not bring enough dowry.
A lot of kitchen fires resulted in this crime.

Maybe the Christians could dress up in cow suits.

The Voice of the Martyrs has many picture and other documentation of persecution around the world. They also will send a free monthly newsletter. They have a prisoner list that people can write to people who are jailed for their faith.

Most churches in America do not care enough to write letters or get involved.

I had talked to a pastor and the response was we send missionaries all around.

I asked what follow up they did when they began persecuting the people that are becoming Christians. There was no response.

Shiva is called 'the destroyer'.
Hindus kill Christians all too frequently in India and other area nations. Even Buddhists attack Christians. It's open season on Christians throughout much of the world.
What can you expect from anyone who believes in this kind of foolishness - if you research a little bit, you'll find that Shiva is as ridiculous as any cartoon or fairy tail you ever saw/heard.

This is also surprising to me.

But I know of the vicious caste system and Christianity has made strong inroads among the lowest members of the caste system and the "untouchables". So it doesn't surprise me.
