CARLISLE, Ky. (AP) -- A Nicholas County High School student was suspended after he was accused of urinating in an ice machine that at least 31 people got ice from before the incident was reported.
Ben Buckler, chief of police for Nicholas County Schools, said another student dared the boy, who told officials he relieved himself in the ice machine in the gymnasium lobby just before physical education class Wednesday.
School law officials say charges will be filed, although officials were still trying to decide Thursday what to charge him with.
He was suspended for 10 days, pending an expulsion hearing.

An administrator would be suspended for 10 days with pay.
I guess people were wondering why their Cokes started to look like Mellow Yellow!
"Iced tea? I thought you said iced PEE!!"
In a Hollywood version of this story, by twist of fate, he ends up drinking something with the ice in it, and wondering why it tastes funny.
He might be charged with Assault 3 or Assault 4. See KRS 508.
Stupid kid. Doesn't he know he's supposed to have empathy with homeless people and pee on the wall?
I'll bet there's a very low incidence of scurvy in that school.
Nevah evah, ah repeat nevah eat yellow snow
Dems should start grooming him to replace Congresswoman Nancy Peeloosely...
I bet this really pissed off these 31 students.
Yellow man made snow ping !!!!!!!
Yup I'd say they got pissed ;-)
Urine big trouble son.
Make him eat the ice.
Student 1: "Is your ice kinda salty?"
Student 2: "Yeah"
My husband and I discussed this and he stated that the idiot could be charged with public urination and reckless endangerment.
Plus there is the possibility that he was on drugs and has been stupid enough to screw around and catch heaven knows what kind of STD's.
Now urine trouble, kid!
