He is expected to get the most votes cast. However, I'd be surprised if he gets the most votes tallied. PRI and PAN have too much at stake for that to happen.
Maybe it is time to send in the A-10s... gatling guns do wonders against armored and un-armored autos/trucks.

I know it is hard for people who don't live on the border to believe the things that happen here- but it is truly like the Wild West at times.
What we need is some engineers from Korea that maintain the DMZ, build a no-mans land between the US and Mexico.
I think with enough razor wire, auto-fire MG's, IR and sound detectors plus listening devices to ferret out tunnel builders it would make an impession.
Personally myself I would love to find me a high vantage point with a Barret 50 cal sniper rifle. Lets see what 700 grains will do to a Zeta....
This is an outrage that we have such a weak minded policy concerning our border protection, I hope the militia is still camped out down there.

The Minutemen are gone from most of the border, at least in my area. The US Army is still here in my area doing training exercises, that tends to make it quiet when they are in the area. LOL
The biggest problem those of us who live on the border face is those who don't live here simply cannot comprehend what happens here. The media doesn't want to report it- so many do not believe it is happening.
Is there a border news ping list that anyone knows of?? I would like to get on it- I would like to make sure I see most of these stories. When an incident as serious this gets just over 200 posts here on FR it is easy to see the news is just not getting out. I notice major border stories sometimes only get a handful of posts then disappear. If many Freepers don't see a problem on the Mexico border it is clear we will never get the attention of enough Americans to get the border closed.

This is serious and it is time to take military action against mexico.
You really believe that if this had happened in a city and an armed gang attacked cops who just seized a truck full of drugs the cops would just stand down and watch the gang tow it away? I don't believe it. Even if they were outgunned they'd be shooting the whole time while calling for backup. A situation like this is about more than "dope". It's about whether criminals rule, or the law rules.

Don't confuse am American city with the border. There is no comparison.

It will only stop if enough people get interested in stopping it. As it is now, most Americans do not believe these things happen to begin with, so why would they try to stop it?
Yep. charge them with a hefty fine, plus make them pay for the deportation of the illegals back to their country of origin.
