oh this was just too funny! What a laugh!! I kept saying Why does this say 82c? and he'd say Oh it's right...Finally when the turkey should have been done, the popper had popped I picked the timer up, turned it over and saw a little switch that said c or f...Smart me, turned it to F and Voila!!
He'll learn that I'm usually right...

Once thawed it makes great sushi. Next to pork it is my favorite kind.

I like to let the turkey liver cook in the juices on the bottom of the pan... it tastes incredible if it comes out right
