You bet right!

Have you noticed how much bigger the Presidential turkeys have gotten over the years. That one that Eisenhower pardoned was positively skinny compared to Marshmallow! :o)

It is an American movie called "The Christmas Story" with Darin McGavin about a little boy who wanted a BB gun for Christmas. The dogs ate their Christmas turkey so they ended up at the only place in town that was open, a Chinese restaurant. Funny movie...you need to find it.

dad had apple pie and ice cream.

One of my girls made cranberry bread pudding with bourbon and spice whipped cream. It was a big, big hit.

I will get the recipe and FReepmail it to you. It was a huge hit. If I forget to warn you when I send it, you do not need to whip the entire quart carton of whipping cream. There was so much of it that we were going to go out on the street and find some people to help finish it off.

Thanks for asking, yes I did visit her today and she is still gaining her strength thanks. Today she ate some bread pudding that the cleaner at work made. Cream of mushroom soup, a plate of mashed potato, leek and cheese I think they called it leek and potato cheese bake and bowl of tapioca pudding. And of course several squares of chocolate.

One good bit of news her nurse asked if I would bring some shoes in because she now walking a few steps with the walking frame and need some shoes that will support her.
