Great news about your mom, Snugs. Dad has another Dr appointment on Wednesday....That's the third in three weeks.....Hope they finally figure out what's going on with him...We suspect an uncommon strain of infection....At least we're at a specialist in that area this visit.

Have been driving up and back in the same day.....Six hours on the road...wearing me down too.

A jigger in the pie and two in the cook....works every time.

The Bush's had a free range turkey this year.....

We had a wild one seasoned with juniper berries and a "tame" one....The wild one was almost gone, the farm grown had hardly been touched.....It was suggested that next year we cook just wild turkey...(There's a turkey run behind my home so they shouldn't be difficult to hunt...Saw three in one of my trees just a couple of weeks ago)
