For immediate results use local and state law-making entities.

Bill the ILLEGAL immigrants' employers to recover health care, food, and housing assistance -- unless the employer can prove he paid prevailing wages.

Deduct public assistance costs from state / local employees' retirement funds -- unless they can prove they did due diligence to verify eligibility.

The feds will do nothing unless they can get some kind of "guest worker" plan that includes a fine and back taxes as "punishment." "Undocumented" worker or "guest" worker, it's all cheap labor. Makes no difference to Washington what you call "cheap" taxpayer subsidized labor.

Back taxes? With earned income credit the "guest workers" will be owed money.

McCain and other phonies know it. Their plan is a ruse; it's just a way to eventually make it a hate crime to opposed open borders.

On the other hand, the IRS gives out millions of ITIN's so ILLEGAL immigrants can pay taxes already -- while the law says it's illegal for them to work!

Folks, we got us a kakistocracy just like Lee Rodgers says.

THe spelling notttzeeesss got me once too than I decided oh what the hellll!!

Curing the illegal problem locally may be the way to go.IT wont be easy the the ayyyseeelllyouu will fight it all the way but it probably can be done.
It could get confusing for the poor Mexicons who only want to rape and kill the people we don't but that's too bad.
If the feds can't get the job done we may have to do it locally. The stakes are to high today.

"I like it here because there are a lot of Mexicans here," she said.

Then you'll REALLY enjoy Mexico! Give it a try!

Seriously talk to all you know and ask them if they want to compete in the labor force with illegal Mexicans? Mr. George Bush, who I voted for is turning his back on the American worker and is trying to make him compete with wet-back labor. If you do not beleive this is true you have a hike to take. Damn this time for someone to call the party; to task!!! I will!!! Don't care if they haul me off and shoot me. I am fifty.

On the front steps of her home near downtown Hamilton, Minerva Almaraz cradled her smiling 2-year-old daughter on a recent evening. She says she's worried they could get separated, with her being sent back to Mexico because she lacks legal documents

I appreciate the job reporters do, but isn't, Dan Sewell, the reporter now aiding an illegal alien? If you witness a crime can't you be charged with something for not reporting it. This guy knows where this illegal alien lives, he's been to her house.
