I closed my shop for the weekend on Wednesday night and I had a lazy day today, I slept till 11:00 AM and all I did today was clean our master bath, Wash my car and post the "Dose" :-)
Hi Mike, thanks for posting part of that speech from the National Cathedral.
I'll never forget exactly how I felt listenting to our relatively new president as he delivered this great speech that day. It was like I was beginning to thaw from the events of 9 days earlier.
My nephew is a student at Univ of Wisconsin, and they studied that speech this semester about great presidential speeches.
If historians are truly honest, our W will go down as one of this nations greatest, and most visionary presidents.
Actually, Those quote are from his address to a Joint Session of Congress on 9/21/05, but his speech at the Cathedral was equally excellent

They were both such forceful and moving speeches. Actually, now that I think of it, he rarely misses with an "important" speech.

THANK YOU for posting these AWESOME photos of our AWESOME president -- what a treat after a loooooooooong day of shopping/errand running (at the insistance of my daughter)! [Despite the hassles (and my whining), we had a GREAT time!!]
I certainly hope the President is taking this time to relax and re-energize -- as much as he can do either given that he is simultaneously leading a war and battling a treasonous Fifth Column!! [Fortunately, he has us (the DOSE family) to protect his flank!]
