" Fortunately, our Founders weren't weenies like our politicians."

How many of our Founders argued for legalized prostitution?

I don't know . . . all of them? None of them? What a stupid "argument".

But I bet ol' Ben Franklin, among others, would be appalled by what passes for "freedom" these days.

Prostitution is renting a human body. Slavery is full-blown ownership. I don't think either of you should plan to go down this path as you do battle.

The real question is how many of Americas founding fathers had illegimate children with their black female slaves in the plantation days? Some people need to stop worshipping some of the founding fathers as if they were God. They were mere mortals with their own dark secret sins too.

Actually, Prostitution wasn't thought to be anything legalized. It was shunned. So, the thought of legalizing an immoral act was not on thier mind. Besides, they wouldn't have thought of it to be a federal issue, but a State issue. The Constitution has no jurisdiction on this matter.
