Hey Commie, here is what we are going to do. We will sign Kyoto but we will place a tariff on Chinese Goods and Extra Taxes on Chinese Companies to match the cost to our economy. This way we both contribute.

sounds like a perfect idea to me! I'll keep that as a suggestion when some leftist gets harping on about Kyoto. Wonder if that will change their stance on the fact that it is a wealth redistribution program. Probably not.

The Russians also urged us to sign it. The Russians, however, is exemped because it is considered a "Developing" country, along with the Chinese.
