I was well aware that there was no discrimination when it come to voting. Arab Israelis voted for cul do sac parties largely in the past. It is good that that may be eroding.

I'm not convinced it's so few. Admittedly few of them are Zionists like Sayyed! But every Muslim I know personally is either a secularist or a Sufist, and couldn't hate Islamism more.
