Tookie Williams' victim photos (Warning: graphic content)This is WHY he must DIE.

At the John and Ken website (linked), the photos of three of Tookies' victims victims have been posted. It's said that this monster has mended his ways, but I don't believe he has even apologized for these atrocities. But even if he had, he needs to be held accountable for his evil acts. I TRUST THAT GOV. SCHWARZENEGGER WILL NOT SPARE TOOKIE FROM HIS DATE WITH DEATH -- HIS DATE WITH ACCOUNTABILITY.

I don't share your optimism. I'm willing to be Schwartzeneger has already made up his mind to commute this filth.

Why does CA even have the death penalty? It's a joke.

All bets are off trying to figure out what the hell Arnie's doing. He is starting to show that he's really a girlie man now and may not be the terminator after all.

( I recommend you not look at the photos. I don't usually but for some reason did this time. I regret it ).

A pictures worth a thousand words.

Some how "I'm sorry I've changed" -vs- Ye-Chen Lin's photo, or any of the other three, just doesn't cut it.

If they need someone to run the execution I'm sure I could take some vacation time on the 13th.

The really sad part is that even if Tookie does get to meet the needle, he still would be getting off a lot easier than he deserves, or than his victims. I say he needs to die PAINFULLY.

Why does CA even have the death penalty? It's a joke.

From a guy from NC, I think the entire state is a joke to the point that we're trying to get our kids back home here on Lake James in the clean, clear foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I damn near barfed on the BART in San Fran when a guy began to lick his boyfrind's ear. After that, we took taxis to get to our destinations.

Except that he almost certainly would be replaced by someone much more liberal than he is. Yes, it's possible to be more liberal than Arnie.

It may come as a surprise to some that there still are more conservative voters in California than in any other state. Unfortnately, there also are more liberal voters than in any other state.

Oh dear Lord, that third picture is especially awful. Prayers for the victims.

When I was younger, I dated a guy that did research on police suicides in Chicago. He had access to the police files.

The photos never failed to, at the very least, send a chill down my spine. And break me up at the worst, especially when I read about their families.

I cannot express this adequately, but the line between life and death is so fragile. To think that just moments before, these people laughed and smiled, watched t.v., worried about their mortgages, got frustrated (or worse) when they got cut off in traffic, made love with their spouses...

May God rest their souls.

Saw the pictures. Sick. Those who think Tookie is such a great guy, should have to carry them around and look at them every ten minutes for the next few weeks.

To remember folks, he's sorry...

Bull s--t. This guy has had decades to prove his innocense. He hasn't. Let the solution flow...

You know, I emailed Arnold to NOT pardon Toothless.
However, I really think we maybe should get rid of the death sentence for these reasons:

1) the appeals process costs us more than life with no parole.
2) the death row monsters become these liberal celebs
that victimizes the victim and all of us again!

For example, scott Peterson ...even Charles Manson ..don't get the publicity these death row guys get.

I have a hunch der gubernator will deny Tookie commutation. I think by taking it to the 11th hour to announce his decision, Arnie hopes to convey the impression that he agonized to the end. Also, he refused commutation in a previous case so he would not be going where he hasn't gone before.

Yup. You need to create an East and West California ala Virginia. West California would resemble Mass. or NY and East California would look like, oh, Montana vis a vis voting.

It is one of many pockets of liberalism, found in certain areas, and in certain professions, such as academia, that is guilt-ridden and guilt-driven. Are Hollywood libs any more delusional than any other libs? I doubt it.

the appeals process costs us more than life with no parole

So streamline/improve the appeals process

For people with two or more prior violent felony convictions (ie, convicted of two felonies in two different trials), I would steamline the appeals to minimal level: have the state supreme court review the trail procedings, and if they find nothing objectionable have the execution proceed the following week.

For the case of a "three-strikes" offender, if it turns out he didn't do the third-strike crime, but got executed anyway, so what? The probability of executing a completely innocent man (innocent of the prior convictions as well) would be vanishingly small.

Where does it say that a long drawn out appeal process qualifies a murderer for a Do Over? If this guy is given clemency I believe that Arnold should just go ahead and pardon the thug and have a Sheriff drive him to Mike Farrell's house at 4:00 AM and leave him at the front door.

Will Arnold let his old "friend" die?
Ex-Crips founder and four-time convicted murderer Stanley “Tookie” Williams once wrote about an afternoon in 1976 when he met a young Arnold Schwarzenegger on the Venice Beach boardwalk, and the awestruck future Governor gushed “that Williams’ biceps were as big as thighs.”

uH, YEAH, sure Tookie. This guy is soooo disgusting. What do you expect from the same group of star struck libs who had cocktail parties for other manpulative killers like the Black Panthers. Part of the " attraction' is feeling like they are "in" with sociopaths who pretend they are soooo "special".

Kinda reminds me of the Tom Sawyer fence painting scam.

In the nearly four decades since Ronald Reagan granted clemency to a brain-damaged Death Row inmate, no California governor has waived a death sentence. And Reagan took action only because the latest scientific test to determine brain damage was not available at the time of the condemned killer's trial. Schwarzenegger has flatly refused to grant clemency to two other condemned murderers. Both times, he publicly declared that model behavior behind bars doesn't absolve prisoners of culpability for their crimes.

It may take them a while to die here but die they do.

But then I stop and think that Jimmah Carter has a Nobel prize, so it sorta makes sense in a mad sort of way.
