What's missing from the White House Christmas card? Christmas.
This month, as in every December since he took office, President Bush sent out cards with a generic end-of-the-year message, wishing 1.4 million of his closest friends & supporters a "happy holiday season".
Many people are thrilled to get a White House Christmas card, no matter what the greeting inside. But some conservative Christians are reacting as if Bush stuck coal in their stockings.

Bible verse on the inside.
They ring "HOWWOW"? What does "HOWWOW" mean?
This stuff over Christmas is approaching the overblown point.
And BTW, I thought it was a lovely card.
"The Lord is my strength and my shield;
In Him my heart trusts;
So I am helped and my heart exults,
And with my song I give thanks to Him."
Yeah. That is real secular. I thought it was awesome.
I think it is supposed to be HOWWLL since Barney and Mrs. Beasely are on the front of it.
I don't know what this guy is talking about...mine has a Bible verse in it. That won't piss off any conservatives...
LOL!!!! I'm boycotting anyone who says Happy Howwowdays instead of Happy Holidays.
Read the rest of Psalm 28 and see what the President is alluding too.
I loved my card! It didn't bark or anything.......it was just a beautiful card.
Don't tell me people are going to start arguing about who got what card? The Dems are rubbing off on you folks here.
Don't sound like silly schoolchildren with your antics.
It`s cold tonite in Denver and Bush hasn`t done a thing about it.
I am so tired of this lets see how we can blast the President crap. Now his Christmas Card wasn`t right. Does anybody think he even knows? He might have a few things on his plate that he thinks are more important.
It's a typo. Clearly, someone doesn't know how to spell huwwoh.
You got a card too?
Now I'm I'm really miffed!
I got the holiday card from President Bush. I liked it. It's fine with me if they want to cover all their recipients with one card. It probably would have been a lot more challenging to figure out who was supposed to get the Chanukah cards.
We're not complaining. In fact, my husband and I were thrilled to have received a Christmas card from George and Laura. The gold Presidential seal was a nice touch.
Ummm ... maybe because there are a few different holidays being celebrated this month??
The WP dosesn't get it .. that or is trying to start trouble
I think it's supposed to "hollow", but with an idiot writing this article, who knows?
