pganini, that thread was not an MS thread, it was a fun little opensource application and the pro MS trolls just got on and started insulting people..
And a Wal-Mart one.
Oh yeah, i remembered that one :)
Seems that if you write linux on any post, you'll get a response.
yep
I'm not having a coronary. At least I hope not! :-) Just not playing his game anymore. On a small scale such things can be amusing, but there has been far too much disruption of otherwise decent threads. Many of us are no lonter amused.
I'm a believer in the obligation of a company to enhance shareholder value -- but I think there are higher obligations to country that matter more. Like not sharing IP secrets that affect national security. Job losses that affect the economy affect national security.
Agreed. I don't cut FedGov a whole lot of slack though as to what they consider to "affect national security". Seems to me they've been known to play pretty fast and loose with that card. In general I agree with you though. Our obligations to our country matter more than the primise of saving a few bucks.
FYI, due to the extremely large number of inaccurate and idiotic posts you've presented to this point, and your tendancy to encompass the very definition of the word "troll" on this forum, you are no longer relevant. Thanks and have a nice day.
