Rummy has certainly put it foot in it a few times, especially in his general cluelessness at the beginning of the insurgency. However, this line should live on into memory as a tribute to early 21st century journalism.

I said intelligence and toughness. Intelligence alone is worse than useless. Do not undervalue intelligence. That is what allows one to cut through the bullspit.
