Then we disagree. I stand by my statement. Willy had too much sex on his mind and didn't get anything else done in his 8 years. While Carter spent his energy on doing real damage to the country in his 4 years in the White House.

Clinton reminds me of a Democrat version of Warren Harding--corrupt, superficial, and inept, sure, but capable of the occasional decision: good examples of seat-warming Presidents. For all that, I think Carter, Buchanan, and Fillmore still hold a dead-heat tie for worst President. The competition's fierce at the bottom.
