Actually, the evidence tying Mr. Milosevic in is pretty damning. Milosevic was in direct contact with General Mladic. At Dayton, Milosevic made clear he was in absolute control of the Bosnian Serbs and was able to negotiate on their behalf. But at Srebrenica? Whoops. What could the man do?

And Bill Clinton and Richard Hollbrooooooke were in direct contact with Muslim leader Aliyah Izetbegovic, but that dosen`t mean that USA is guilty for masacres of Christians.

So, basicly, if Milosevic if at fault for Srebrenica, president of USA is at fault for genocide over Christians, Serba AND Croates commited by Muslims, or Serbs AND Macedonians comited by Albanians?

Are you implicating president of the United States in genocide?
Are you aware what are you talking about?

Excerpted from the Unites States Embassy in Belgrade 'Srebrenica - Beyond a Reasonable Doubt"

It is an indisputable fact that, ten years ago, Serb forces under the command of Ratko Mladic massacred almost 8000 Bosnians in the enclave of Srebrenica. This atrocity has been documented through thousands of testimonials by witnesses and relatives, through the discovery of numerous mass graves, and even through last year's admission by the government of the Republika Srpska that Serb forces conducted the killings. More recently, the appearance of the now famous videotape should remove the doubts from the mind of any reasonable person about the scope and brutality of this massacre.

Unfortunately, a sense of denial has prevailed among large segments of the population about war crimes committed by Serbs. In public remarks I made on May 12, I noted that polls showed that just over one-third of Serbs believed that war crimes were committed at Srebrenica, despite the acknowledgement of the RS Government itself that these crimes occurred.

I noted that less than one-third of Serbs believed that the bodies of over 800 Kosovar Albanians, most of them brutally executed, were located in mass graves in Serbia -- despite the fact that your own government acknowledges this fact. Indeed, these graves contained the bodies of three young American citizens -- the Bytyqi brothers -- who were summarily executed after being illegally detained at the Petrovo Selo MUP facility.

That 'sense of denial' has afflicted a few here, as well.

And their denials on this issue utterly destroy their credibility on other issues relating to the Balkans.

"Serb forces under the command of Ratko Mladic massacred almost 8000 Bosnians in the enclave of Srebrenica."

Well, they'd better inform the ICTY and the Dutch who admit that many of the missing were killed in firefights as the column attacked deep into Bosnian Serb territory.

The Dutch and ICTY came to the conclusion that 2,000 to 3,000 Muslims lost their lives in this way. Their numbers are included in the missing 8,000 total. Their numbers killed in fighting are way off but at least they made a start.

The chief prosecution in the Krle case was Erdemovic. You haven't said a word about him, so I take it you find him to be a credible witness.

Here's a clue, insanity and perjury do not make for compelling testimony.

You also seem to think that the 28th Div had any intention of surrendering. Can you find a single quote from one such soldier who went with the column, and not to Potocari, who had the slightest intention of surrendering if the going got tough?

Here's another clue, Banzai attacks and clambering over Bosnian Serb armor do not suggest they were on the point of surrendering.

Infidel, since you refer to the Dutch report, here are some excerpts from it:

The mass slaughter of thousands of Bosnian Muslims in Srebrenica is a horrifying and probably the most violent excess to take place in the process of disintegration of Yugoslavia in the first half of the 1990. Great-Serbian ambition played a major role in this process.

It was precisely in the treatment of the many prisoners that the Bosnian Serbs lost control of themselves. In some places the Muslims were slaughtered like beasts. They included men who had been separated from the women outside the Dutch compound in Potocari at the transfer of the population to Tuzla. That mass murder was the intention is also clear from the fact that, after the prisoners had been taken, no measures were taken to see whether there were 'war criminals' among them, no prisoner-of-war facilities were found, no food or drink were organised, identity cards were destroyed, and no distinction was made between combatants and non-combatants.

So tell me, how did you come to the conclusion that the 8,000 missing were EXECUTED and not killed in FIREFIGHTS.

The Dutch themselves say there's no way to differentiate. You claim to know so tell us.

So you are claiming that ERDEMOVIC was a good reliable witness then.

Have you read his testimony?

I doubt it.

You needn't pay any attention to anything marky-mark has to say on the subject. He just repeats whatever he finds posted on Soros-funded websites.

those figures stand at the standard 75% markup of figures to settle in at their 8,000.
