That statute sure sounds like she can suspend an election but the "indefinite" part cannot pass muster. The Louisiana GOP should start pressing her for her "plan," her timeline, her strategy for victory - whoops, scratch that last ... the delay IS her strategy for victory.

HORSEHOCKY! The New Orleans Zephyrs are the old Denver Zephyrs.

Thats what I thought. Bob Couig later bought them after they were relocated to NO.I believe he no longer owns them.
