In the early morning, CNN had constant coverage, showing empty polling places.

#####

They were probably hoping for some terrific shots of exploding polling places.

How are the libs possibly going to spin it this time with no violence?

#####

How much publicity has the "media" given to the fact that the security presence on Thursday will be all Iraqi. American troops will NOT be visible!!!

Meanwhile, Jen•Jis here is still trying to
figure out what that purple-finger thing is.
Horror dawns as he realizes that such a procedure
would REALLY put an end to his party's hi-jinx....
"Um, Mommy? Would that mean I
couldn't go to work in the big car any more?"

EXCELLENT suggestion!! I'm going to send it to my (Republican) Congressman and Senatorial candidate!

Actually I am going to send it to my two present senators. Daddy Warbucks Corzine and Stuttering Lautenberg.

Bill Bennett and his radio show have some purple finger campaign going on - where Americans are suppose to give themselves a purple finger to show support for Iraq's.

This is not going to go over well with the liberals in D.C., Hollyweird or in the state of Kerry-Kennedy. Hillary will be outraged, Bill upstaged!! Kofi will call it rigged. Jimmy will say it was illegal and rigged. Jessie Jackson will say the terrorists were disenfranchised. People actually thanking America and actually having a voice in their government.

The United States should probably adopt this purple ink thing. Will keep the dead dems and twice-three times voting dems from voting more than once.

"I understand the sight of purple fingers makes MSM reporters ill..."

This just in: Today the Sierra club, code pink, PETA and Moveon.org issued a statement condemning purple ink. Apparently, Karl Rove is a 1/10000000 owner in the company that manufactures purple ink and the whole freedom movement is a way to enrich Mr. Rove.

When questioned about it, by a 97-3% margin, Liberal, anti-Bush Socialists polled in San Francisco believe that Rove should be brought up on charges and believe that the Iraq and Afghani wars weren't about freedom, but about selling purple ink.

A child's questions: While watching coverage of Iraqi's here in the states voting for a permanent Iraqi government, one of my children asked, "Does this mean that these people will be leaving America and returning to Iraq? I mean, why vote for a govt. in a country that you aren't going to live in?"

They were good questions, and neither the hubby nor I had good answers.

Does anyone on this thread have the answers?

Thanks.
