(Milwaukee Mayor) Barrett signs slavery disclosure measure

I think we need to look into the incorporation date of the city of Milwaukee. My guess is that it was prior to the civil war ergo it was part of a nation that allowed slavery and the city should be disbanded.

Slavery ended about 150 years ago, so any economic benefit deriving from the slave trade has long since rolled around the bend.

Not to mention the costs to this country in welfare, defense, education, along with incarceration costs, destruction of neighborhoods, lost property values, moving expenses, and many, many more...all DIRECTLY attributible to the same folks with their hand out for reparations. Turn those costs into 2005 dollars and we'll see who owes money to whom.

Just wondering if Mr Barrett did a THOROUGH search of his family tree. He may in fact be one of those evil people who benefited from slavery himself.

They have also scheduled a ballet item for November on whether the US should withdraw from Iraq.
