President Bush signed H.R. 2520, the Stem Cell Therapeutic and Research Act of 2005, to expand federal support of [I assume this means: existing lines of] embryonic stem cell research.

Vice President and Mrs. Cheney, on a multi-purpose visit in Pakistan, cut short their trip so the VP could cast a tie-breaking Senate vote on deficit reduction if necessary.

Everyone looks so happy and cheerful! It's great to see. Bush is so darn proud of Condi and with good reason. She looks beautiful and is doing a superb job for the president and the country. I can't think of one person, at the moment, that I trust to keep us safe...

It's somewhere between plain vanilla rain, and snow, and can make driving rather a tricky job. One might think of it as amateur snow. We even get freezing fog here. Seriously. When it touches ground and its frozen properties become a factor, it's nasty.
