I was worried what Toon was doing while he was in office.

In light of that, I'm amazed at the number of people on the Right who've apparently forgotten all about what the Clinton Administration did. Even with those on the Right, you'd think that President Bush was using the FBI, the DoJ, and the IRS illegally.

Actually in my science class every year I bring in two dozen eggs and let the kids try to get the egg to stand on its end.

Than I have them try it again over the next few weeks.

You can stand an egg on its end anytime of the year.

I have a problem, there is an 11th judge on the FISA court that was put in that I can't find... it's a mystery. Kotelly and most of them (that I remember from the Microsoft and FEC internet monitoring case), are 100% ADA... not good, and appointees of the administration that will not be named. As for the judge that resigns he happens to be an acquiantance of a couple of folks in the senate (no finger pointing yet), and worked as general counsel for Leahy (hmmm). Still checking, keep your powder dry. Obviously, FISA judge James Robertson resigned (yeah he had so many questions and doubts... he waited until now... not obvious, number three on the hearing list please), so he's getting the triple dig treatment. Feel free to look for connections... my eyes are tired. I also need to find out when FISA court went from 7 to 10 and why, as well as the need for the 11th judge. I know three are required to be in D.C. at all times... who are the three, since all have residences in the area posted? Thanks. Oh, quite a bit of the bunch were appointed by BJC.

Speaking of DUmmies, they have multiple threads about how THEY as members of DU, are being "spied on". They are so paranoid, they are seeing "Black SUV's" everywhere they go! It's too funny!
