The judge should order the strike broken and if that is ignored the union leaders should be jailed for contempt.

Listening to Fox News this morning, and to ErrAmerika, it seems NYC has a budget surplus so the union want's it's cut. Basically, it's about no employee contributions to health care or pensions - the same ticking time bomb that has doomed so many other companies and municipalities.

Personally I think workers should have a right to strike. And the employer should have a right to get new employees. I don't think this thing should even be in court. The judge should have no authority.
