That was pretty good, too! Of course, a lot of the movies during that time contributed to my sci-fi addiction. Especially the B&W's.

"One of my favorite earlier SF films though is Forbidden Planet."

"My poor Krell! My poor, poor Krell ..."

And, of course, Robby the Robot.

Theoretically, now is not a bad time for movies either, except that Hollywood has yet to uncover the true treasures available in Science Fiction's vaults.

I'd like to see "Ringworld" and "The Mote In God's Eye" nad "Footfall" and ...

WOW!
Speak of the angels and their wings will flutter! Hi, sion!
Are you all packed?

LOL, speak of a devil, you mean?

Packed... no. Just got home. Have thrown together a mini ditty-bag for the overnighter, packed shoes, socks & underwear (always a spare), gloves & hat (it is going to be colder than anything I have seen since about 1962!), dug out a winter coat I have that's too heavy for Seattle, ever, packed a jacket... all I need are slacks, shirt and tie and I'm ready to go.

Except for the powerpoint. I actually finally started that today.

How're you doing? Ready for Moving Day?

Good point, I need to get some more noise-canceling headphones.

Whaat!? They block sweet music, too? What's the point in that???

It's like being overdressed for the weather. If the music is "sweet," I can always take them off.

But from what I know of people who are inclined to squeeze a bagful of cats, I like to be prepared.

I think you're just in time.

Sionnsar is going to perform a magic trick. He's going to give the Undead Thread respectability.

You may want to reconsider that shortly...

I was about to say, respectability is over rated.

Excellent, NnB! Hysterical. I could have given you a hint though, instead of Scotch tape you should have used duct tape which is great on everything except ducts.

A++++ for you even though you didn't use the WFTD. I have the POWER!
