"How can they be a non-profit organization and put out stuff like that?"

Good question....isn't it against the law?

Tax law. Shouldn't the IRS get a copy of this?

I don't have any connections with the IRS investigative branch, anyone here know the answer?

This is 100% against the law...100% wrong!

You seem saddened? Although quite similar to a moonbat type of sadness peppered with unfounded and indignant accusation -I will assume yours is a REAL conservative sadness...

A follow-up on that resigning judge.

As you said, a Klintonista appointee. I really do not understand why Requisite appointed him to the FISA court. In the early 70's, he moved to Mississippi and was a civil rights attorney for a while. While there, he was allegedly met with abuse and threats. So why would he chicken out of this court? As a federal judge, Robertson has been asked to decide cases involving patent issues, settle questions over who owns shares of an American Indian gaming casino, and determine who holds the rights to new FDA-approved drugs. Certainly nothing that would pertain to the responsibilities of a FISA judge.
I vote with your suggestion that he was the leak.

"Does FISA now want the CIA to check with them prior to sending a drone out to kill?"

Apparently that is exactly why Clinton passed on the opportunity to kill Bin Laden when predators identified him.

And is that supposed to be the model post 9/11?

"I doubt it. I think they will hammer the issue harder than ever. The MSM is in the business of forcing an agenda and manufacturing news they feel is politically expedient to their cause."

Sadly you are correct... IMHO when the dims and MSM feel they've gained all the mileage they can with this "scandal" and are reaching a point of diminishing returns, they'll just come up with another scandal du jour.

That is exactly what they do. I feel they are already gearing up for the next scandal. I had this epiphany the other day about the next one and I forgot to make a note. I do think the media will make a big deal about the Abramoff deal only if it shows that one more Gop member profited than the RATs. They will spin it any way they can.

What do you do when you bend the nail? I know, tap tap to the left, tap tap to the right then hammer, then pull the offending piece and get a fresh one and start over. All this is bullshit. We gotta keep the House and Senate in 06!! That is the next goal!!!!!

I wish they had asked this question:

"percent of Americans who believe Democrats, media are harming national security: _________%"

This just goes to show that some Americans do have a brain and can figure out that the NSA is protecting their civil liberties - and their lives! More importantly, it shows that the constant MSM and liberal drum beat of "domestic spying" is not resonating. People know that this is a constitutional and important action being taken by the CIC.

I wish that the presdient and the pubbies would point out that the MSM and liberals have failed (on this issue) to mislead the American public. It might help blunt the inevitable next rage from the left about the war on terror and the military action in Iraq.
