I'm glad. It's just punishment for their stupidity that they will spend all their remaining resources in their twilight years for a completely fruitless enterprise.

Praise the Lord! Just when the Natalie Holloway/Aruba story was hitting the wall. This should keep the Greta Van OJ show on the air a couple more years.

Why did they hire Geragos in the first place?
Good Question. He's tried many high profile cases, but I don't recall him winning any. If you remember, When they announced the verdit (or was it the sentencing?) of Peterson, Geragos was nowhere to be found.

"Peterson's trial lawyer Mark Geragos could have handled the appeals but said he felt the case warrants "a fresh set of eyes." Translation: I know he did it so I can't ethically argue that he is innocent
(slight addition) Besides, the Petersons are broke...I squeezed their last dime out of them,.

Oh good, Melendez'z attorney, they fuzzed the jury so much one woman said she did not want to give the death penalty, seems she felt sorry for them not having parents and all :(

Yeah they did. I heard they spent everything they had pretty much. Even a couple of the siblings put mortgages on their homes.
And Geragos is hardly an appellate Lawyer. He failed miserably at a Defense.

I don't want to hear about this case.Is there any way we can request a ZOT? Okay, you may ZOT yourself. I always appreciate a poster who falls on his own mouse to avoid disrupting a thread.

I'm not sure it's even denial. They KNOW he did it but they are like Scott - Sociopaths. They are lying to themselves and the world. I guess they think if they go on with this "innocent charade" long enough that somebody will believe them. A very sad set of parents these are. And a very dysfunctional family also.
