And they call him a powerful person in the press release too. *snicker*
The other thread has 130+ replies.
Al Gore went from being a conservative as a congressman to a radical leftist.
Al Gore can finally be Al Gore and he is loving it.
Yeah ...like ... there goes the neighborhood
I kept looking for the 'scrappleface' source line.
What's his reason for moving to SF, I wonder? He obviously isn't planning to run for anything in Tenn.
And being a radical leftist has apparently been very lucrative for Mr. Gore. The property is in the $10 million range.
> "There's something about living near a person so powerful and important that really excites folks," he says.
'Gee, can't wait to find a place to live near "The Inventor of The Internet!" Does that mean I'll get a faster connection? Aw pleeezz Al!' /snicker
This is great news. Now most of them will all be in one spot, all in one neighborhood. You'll have "The Inventor of the Internet" living at #23. HillBilly Clintons at #25. M&M at #27. Babs at #29. "The Boss" at #31...
They can all form a voting bloc and... ummmm... take over City Council? Swing San Francisco way over to the Left?
The possibilities are endless!
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. That's a good one!
I think he's after California's ELECTORAL votes.....and voters.....he fits better there than in Tenn, that's fer sure.
I guess he got all those fences mended in Tennessee.
On a flat-earth, it can't swing much more to the left, else it falls off the planet ....
Surely, Al must realize that it's over, but wouldn't it be fun to see him go head to head with Hildebeast? I'd love to see him get nasty and do a Dingle Norwood on her.
Al's planning to run for Governator of California. Not surprising.
Sounds like he's Al Poor and can't afford a higher floor or price tag.
Loser. Another carpetbagger who could probably run for something and actually win here, the place is so far gone.
SF, what a perfect little fiefdom for Little Lord Fauntleroy.
> On a flat-earth, it can't swing much more to the left, else it falls off the planet ....
Hee-hee! This one's fun! Al always was good for a laugh on a Thursday afternoon!
Well said indeed!
Hmmm... a sequoia tree is pretty powerful... for a tree.
FYI: Did you folks know that "sequoia" captures all 5 vowels - "y" is not allowed ;-)
He couldn't even get his rental house toilets in Tennessee fixed, much less the fences. On the other hand, I can see how having Al in the neighborhood could improve property values. Everyone wants to live where there's a view of trees.
I guess that he's showing his true character just by where he choses to live.
