I don't remember that one. Anytime these guys are taken out of action without hurting the good guys is really good fortune. In general, I would rather they get caught, like that woman bomber in Jordan. She provided a lot of good intel it would seem from some early reports.
It happened back in 1999. Two coordinated car bombs went off prematurely because of a daylight savings time mixup between the guys who set the bomb and the drivers. Nobody was hurt except for the drivers. Gotta love it.
