Plus his wife, Grace was really hot! You should see pictures of her.
You forgot your sarcasm tag!
I love reading history, and Coolidge has always fascinated me as to how he managed this great country by not requiring everyone to "do it his way". He believed in the spirit of the American people, and he believed in the goodness of America's heart.
I like this quote from him: We can't do everything at once, but we can do something at once.
It's kind of verbose for him, I used to have it as a screen saver.
He is a New Englander we can be proud of. Something very rare today. My grandmother's family didn't live in Readsboro, but most of them are buried there because they were Austrian/Italian and there were and are a lot of them there. I live in the town of Florida, Massachusetts which is very close by.
Florida...Massachusetts?...what a combo...fast food joints would be hard pressed to come up with that idea!
Calvin Coolidge--a representative of the best traditions of Massachusetts and New England!
Yeah, we have about 800 people or so. It's in liberal Massachusetts. It sucks. It was founded in 1805 and named after the future state that had just been bought in the Louisiana Purchase.
They say that good books make bad movies. There was nothing dramatic about Cal, unless you bring in those chickens.
