Clearly, this individual has had his eyes closed and ears stopped up most of his adult life. We have had some very BAD persons sitting in the Oval Office, and frankly, a lot of even WORSE candidates were defeated at the polls before they ever got to the job. The "worse candidate" was so much less competent than George W. Bush, that there was never any question why I would support Bush the Younger against any of his rivals in 2000 and 2004.

In the Republican Guard of Iraq, maybe? Simply calling someone "Republican" does not translate as "politically reliable". The part of playing "mole" cannot be discounted.
