Ted Kennedy's response: "Why al Quaeda is calling me, is none of your business!"

"The NSA program is one that listens to a few numbers called from the outside of the United States of known al Qaeda or affiliated people," he said.

That's a fine objective and on Bush's watch I would not anticipate any fear of that going astray for political reasons. A President Hillary would be another story.

Well, if someone from Al-Qaeda is calling me, I'd like to know why too.

Sen. Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) said he supports a Senate investigation into who leaked classified information on the spying program. But he said the issue of whether the president skirted the law when he embarked on the program is more important than who leaked the information.

So, according to Chucky, an obvious crime jeopardizing national security isn't as important as trying to pin something (anything) on the President.

I agree with your worry about a Pres. Hillary. We need to make sure there isn't one.

""If someone from al-Queada is calling you, we'd like to know why.""

I wish he had said this on day one.

Chucky has shown his true colors to the state hardest hit by 9-11. It's up to his opponents to take advantage of his own words.

LOL, I agree 100%, Dubya should hold a Press Conference and start out with this...

For all you ankle biters who think you're gonna bring down my Presidency with this non-story, here is where I stand on this issue... If someone from al-Queada is calling you, we'd like to know why.

"I hope the White House won't hide behind saying, 'Oh, executive privilege, we can't discuss this,'." Schumer said on "Fox News Sunday." "That's the wrong attitude."

Yeah, that was only the RIGHT attitude for the Clinton's as well as shredding key documents when they appear again.

If I'm calling someone and it turns out that they're in Al Qaeda, I would appreciate a visit from the FBI letting me know about it.

"If someone from al-Queda is calling you, we'd like to know why."

Ring . . . Ring

"Democratic National Committee, how may I help you?"

"Uh . . . hello. My name is Abdul and I would like to make another donation to the Great Satan herself, Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign."

Should make a deal with the Democrats in Congress. We will, in the Intelligence Subcommittee, investigate what Bush did if you investigate what Clinton did. Fair's fair?
