NO. 33. I grew up in Columbus and remember reading a required poem in high school.(Lee High) The Blue and The Grey by Lucy B. Finch, I think.
It has been a long time! It seems that the ladies went out to decorate the Confederate soldiers graves and realized there was no one to decorate the Union graves Does anyone have access to that poem? I would like to have a copy.
