Two guys were going for a hike in the mountains. One of the guys, instead of wearing hiking boots, was wearing running shoes.
"Why are you wearing running shoes?" his friend asked.
"I heard there are bears in these mountains."
"You dumbass! You can't run faster than a bear!"
"I don't need to out run a bear. I only have to run faster than you."
I don't think it's the Disney movies. It is city life, where people are not exposed to animal life other than dogs, cats, roaches and rats.
When I was a zookeeper I had to keep the public from committing suicide by animal. I remember one extremely agressive primate that none of us would go anywhere near. But I saw a fool mother holding her baby up for this animal to kiss. She had climbed over the safety fence to do this. I yelled at this woman until she was off the property.
