SAN FRANCISCO - A former lover of President Clinton on Monday lost her effort to revive a defamation case against his wife, Sen. Hillary Clinton, and two of the former presidents top aides.
Former cabaret singer Gennifer Flowers came to public attention during the 1992 presidential campaign when she described a 12-year affair with Clinton, who later acknowledged a relationship with her.

Gee, I wonder if Hillary ever found out about Bill's adultery??? HA! I think Billy Boy and Vince Foster compared notes -- that is why he committed "ARKANCIDE".
Feminists still in denial however.
Hillary knows all about her old horn dog. Has for decades.
Former cabaret singer? Really?
That lasted for 12 years....
She was, but they just threw that in to cheapen her. She was really a reporter. Of course in my mind, being a reporter would cheapen her a lot more than being a cabaret singer.
She must have hired non compos mentis
lawyers! Of all courts available, WHY
the 9th Circuit? She lost the decision
before even showing up out there!
"We've had some problems in our marriage. Our marriage is not perfect . . . "
Billary, "60 Minutes", Superbowl Sunday half-time, 1992
Mike Wallace: "Other that that Mrs. Lincoln, how'd you like the play?"
I would have thrown this suit out, too. Anyone who has an affair with a married person is pretty much incapable of being "defamed," as far as I'm concerned.
She also said in a naughty magazine issue that Clinton "ate pu**y like a champ." Ugh. Not exactly the sort of person one would want to champion.
Flowers should have said that the stress caused by the Clintons, Steffie, and Carville abuse and lies made her unable to realize her dream of handing out condoms to elementary school kids-- the Ninth Circuit would have been on her side 100%!
A vast, right wing, conspiracy!
Clinto playbook: Delay, deny, trash accuser, and then years later acknowledge everything as old news and its "time to move on".
Actually, as I recall, she stated Bill once said to her that Hillary had munched on far more pu**y than he ever did.
9th circuit....she was doomed
Boy, a lot of charm in ole Bill and his "associates."
In any case, time's up for old Gennifer. She's gonna have to get another gig instead of trying to, ahem, stick it to the Clintons.
Thanks for the note.
"Actually, as I recall, she stated Bill once said to her that Hillary had munched on far more pu**y than he ever did."
Stop that, I haven't eaten lunch yet.
Clinton also testified under oath in the case of bankers Branscum and Hill that he never sold a state commission for cash. Eight people would have testified otherwise. Some gave the money and some laundered it. I have spoken with Dave Schippers about this after impeachment. Although Dr. Paul Fick met with the investigators about the sale of state commissions (and they say a clear case of perjury in a criminal trial), Schippers never got the information.
I agree, but I have another reason to dump this stupid lawsuit and that is that I don't want any more Clinton exposure. I have had enough. It is scary that we will have to hear them again very soon. UGH!!!! I wish they would be like the other Presidents and just retire to the ranch or somewhere. Even President Carter was quite until recently. After four or eight years of hearing any presidents name they should give it a rest for awhile or in some cases for ever.
If an earthquake destroyed California it would be good and bad news.
I wouldn't miss the liberal politics and the liberal court system. Hollyweird can go too. I would miss my California Freeper Friends!!!
Didn't know she had moved to Nevada.
She didn't meet WJC out there and I
don't think she was living there when
she brought her original suit, was she?
I could be wrong, of course. I thought
she filed in Arkansas. But sheand her
husband have been earning a living in
New Orleans for some years now. Don't
know if the City's Wipe Out affected
their business or not.
Anyway, the 9th District Circuit of
Appeals is such a Liberal Court, that
I'm surprised Judicial Watch would even
consider filing there.
Hopefully, we'll all be listening to Coast to Coast when George Noory has on his earthquake predictor and we can get out of town.
